Tabor Communications Expands Team with New Editorial and Sales Professionals
SAN DIEGO, Calif., April 8, 2024 – Tabor Communications has added Kevin Jackson, formerly Editor in Chief of Science Node, to its editorial team as Managing Editor of EnterpriseAI, along with Lexi Taylor, formerly Senior Global Sales Manager of Scientific Computing World, to its salesforce as Account Director with a focus on EMEA.
“Kevin is a perfect fit for our organization and portfolio,” said Tom Tabor, Founder and CEO of Tabor Communications Inc. “His involvement in advanced scale computing through his previous engagement with Science Node, an academic publication focused on HPC, along with his years of freelancing for a variety of national laboratories and private clients, has prepared him perfectly for this role. He is a natural fit for our portfolio, which covers all the silos for AI and advanced scale computing.”
Jackson has a deep history of covering complex scientific topics and a passion for the ethical and democratic distribution of AI resources. He believes the technology has enormous potential for revolutionizing the way we live and work. “I’m thrilled to be joining the Tabor Communications team as the Managing Editor of EnterpriseAI,” said Jackson. “We are witnessing a revolutionary moment in the story of AI, and I’m excited to play such an important role in discussing how this technology will evolve in the years to come.”
Taylor is a seasoned sales professional with a mastery of consumer behavior, market dynamics, building relationships, and devising strategic, technology-driven marketing campaigns. Driven by a passion for innovation and technology, Taylor transitioned into the realm of scientific computing more than a decade ago. “I am delighted to be part of the global team here at Tabor Communications,” she said. “HPC is woven into the fabric of all things advanced scale and sci tech, including AI, big data, and quantum computing. To be part of this market-leading HPC institution is truly an honor.”
“Lexi brings with her more than 16 years of experience in the publishing industry, a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the scientific and academic communities, and a passion for helping clients to deliver high-quality content and services that inform, inspire, and empower,” said Jeffrey Hyman, Senior Vice President & Group Publisher, Tabor Communications. “She has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, expanding market share, and securing long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, and we are proud to now include her as part of the Tabor Communications family.”
